Liquid Nitrogen Supply

On site storage of liquid nitrogen in vacuum insulated tank with bottom pressure controller and Telalert™ automatic monitoring system. Tank to be installed on a concrete plinth with security to Air Products specification.

Vacuum insulated cryogenic line to PolarSnow control system, insulated line to delivery points 1,2 and 3. Supply pressure at delivery points designed for particular situation calculated by Polar/Air Products.

Water Supply

Suitable water service to supply 50-160 litres per minute during production. Water piped to PolarSnow control system and then to delivery points 1,2 and 3.

Compressed Air Supply

Suitable service to supply 450 standard cubic feet per minute (scf) or 14.2 m3 per minute. Air piped to PolarSnow control system, then to delivery points 1,2 and 3.

PolarSnow Distribution Nozzle

Supplied as specified by Polar Technologies, suitable to delivery points 1,2 and 3. PolarSnow Distribution Nozzle will be covered when PolarSnow is not being produced.

PolarSnow Gun and Production Room

Streamlined, light-weight, strong aluminium construction to the requirements of the centre and positioned adjacent to slope approximately every 50 metres. PolarSnow gun permanently connected to utilities.

PolarSnow Control System

Air Products/Polar Technologies designed automatic control system delivers predetermined quantities of water, compressed air and liquid nitrogen for the manufacture of perfect snow. Air Products/PolarSnow oxygen management system maintains safe atmosphere within the building at all times.
