Permanent Indoor Sports Centre for Skiing and Snow-boarding
Using
PolarSnow for the highest quality real powder snow, indoor ski centres
are being established around the world. Current sizes range upto 10,000
square metres, with plans being drawn up for centres 2 - 3 times that
size. A 10,000 square metre centre would hold about 1000 tonnes of PolarSnow
on an incline about 200 metres x 50 metres. The building would be kept
at -5°C, and would take 20 to 30 tonnes of PolarSnow per week to keep
in perfect condition.
Permanent Indoor Family Fun Centre
The same idea as an indoor sports centre, but smaller and geared for
tobogganing and having a play area for making snowmen and having snowball
fights. Typically about 1500 square metres, holding about 150 tonnes of
PolarSnow at -5°C, and would take 5 to 10 tonnes of PolarSnow per
week to keep in perfect condition.

Winter Wonderland Event
A scene of snow with snowmen and enough
snow for snowballs, which can be made in a very small area (2 metres x 2 metres,
to a depth of 30cm) with extra snow for snowmen and snowballs, uses 4 tonnes
of PolarSnow. This size is ideal for shops, restaurants, small parks for new seasons
or product launches. Don't forget the extra impact of foil balloons filled
with helium, reflecting the PolarSnow. Balloon gas available from Air
Products.
Bigger scenes (6 metres x 5 metres) would need about 16 tonnes of PolarSnow
and would be suitable for fashion shoots, television scenes, bigger product
launches.
PolarSnow is always popular around Christmas, but for a really unusual
feel, how about in the middle of summer!
Snow Ramps Events
Ideal for new season openings. Always popular,
with ramps for tobogganing, snow boarding, skiing, and ski acrobatics. These
can vary from snow placed on a natural hillside, to creating the ramp.
The smallest ramp events are probably 16 tonnes of PolarSnow, and the
largest are about 200 tonnes of PolarSnow.

PolarSnow
is the just like real snow. Nature identical, we can make PolarSnow 365
days a year, in huge quantities.

Snow-Board Ramps
Big-Air events are a huge crowd pull for demonstrating
snow-board jumps and acrobatics. Normally between from 60 to 100 metres
long the event needs a lot of open space (expect tens of thousands of
people), music, lighting, professional riders and about 100 tonnes of
PolarSnow for a 1 day event. Overall event costs can range from $120,000
to $500,000.
On a smaller scale, A quarter-pipe event can lower the entry costs due
to the amount of PolarSnow required and the structure size, but riders,
music and lighting are still required. Approximately 60 tonnes of PolarSnow
for a 1 day event. Cost range typically $75,000 to $150,000 for a sizeable
stand-alone event.
Public Access Slopes
For snow-boarding, skiing and other winter sports. Approximately 40 to
60 tonnes of PolarSnow, requiring approximately 25-50% each evening for
subsequent days. Event budget for snow and ramp is approximately $30,000
with extras for demonstration, management, equipment hire and changing
facilities.
Toboggan Slope
Smaller ramp for fun with tobogganing sledging,
and other methods of going down a slope! Approximately 25 tonnes of PolarSnow,
with a ramp, allow $20,000 with same extras as public access slopes.
Product Promotion
If you sell a winter product, whether a four wheel drive car, a snow
shoe or de-icer spray, create great photographs or video using PolarSnow.
Six tonnes will cover 50 square metres to a depth of 20 centimetres. Entry
cost is $7,200, with the sky the limit for quantity of snow. Approximately
120 tonnes (20x the amount) will cost about $30,000.

a new scene using PolarSnow. Get your audience in the mood with real underfoot
crunch, real snowballs and a cool feel. Costs as per product promotion.

additional for this.
Party

snowball fights, snow sculptures, tobogganing on a slope. Costs as per
product promotion.

PolarSnow is made by combining air and water together at pressure and
freezing it with liquid nitrogen. This creates real nature identical snow.
It is soft, light and dry and resembles real powder snow. We prefer to
make PolarSnow on site, but to do so we need open access for a liquid
nitrogen tanker, and connection to a significant water supply. Alternatively,
PolarSnow can be delivered in boxes holding 750 kg or 375 kg.
